Get the full list
30 to 50 programs sorted into reach, target and likely, each with the coaches' names and work emails from the school's athletics site. One plan covers up to 3 athletes.
Your athlete writes to each coach
We draft a letter for every coach from your athlete's profile. Your athlete edits it and sends it from their own Gmail, one email at a time.
Follow up on time
See which coaches opened the highlight video. We email a reminder when a follow-up is due, and your athlete marks the replies.
Common questions
No. We ask Google only for permission to send. We can't read, search or delete anything in the mailbox, and your athlete can disconnect Gmail at any time.
NCAA rules set the dates. Division I volleyball and soccer coaches can reply from June 15 after sophomore year; lacrosse and softball coaches from September 1 of junior year. Your athlete can write first at any age, and the calendar in the app shows your athlete's dates. Rules change, and the NCAA's current manual decides.
Within 14 days of your first payment, refund the full $179 yourself in Account. After that, cancel the renewal with one tap and the plan runs to the end of the year you paid for.
