Where your details come from

Names and titles come from the coaches or staff page on your school's athletics website, or from the NCAA Directory. Every email address in the app was published on the school's own athletics site. With each entry we keep the address of that page and the date we read it, and we never read pages behind a login.

Who emails you

Only athletes. Each email is written for one program, read by the athlete and sent from the athlete's own Gmail when they press Send. Colorsbound never emails coaches itself, there is no bulk sending, and an athlete can send at most 25 emails a day.

What we don't do

We don't sell the directory or give it to anyone. Families see a coach's details only for programs on their athlete's list.

Remove your work email

We email a link to the address. When you open it, we delete your entry and block the address, so no athlete can send to it through Colorsbound. Later directory updates leave it out too.

Or write to hello@colorsbound.com from that address and we'll remove it by hand.
