Using Colorsbound means you agree to these terms.

1. What Colorsbound is

Colorsbound helps high-school athletes contact college coaches. A short quiz matches college programs; the family plan adds coach names and emails, an email drafted for each coach, sending from the athlete's own Gmail, link tracking, follow-up reminders and a contact-rule calendar.

2. Who sells what

WaveApp LLC makes Colorsbound and provides the subscription. Link, LLC is the merchant of record through Stripe Managed Payments. Checkout shows the total, including any tax. See the refund page.

3. Your licence

You may use Colorsbound for your own family's recruiting. The license is personal and non-transferable; we keep every intellectual-property right in the service. You must not share an account outside the family, resell access, scrape the coach directory or send bulk or automated email with it. You must not use Colorsbound to break the law or anti-spam rules.

4. Your content

• The athlete's profile and emails stay the family's. We use them only to run Colorsbound for you.
• The athlete is responsible for what each email says and presses Send on every one. Write only true facts.
• What we hold and for how long is in the privacy policy.

We claim no rights in your content.

5. Paying

• Without an account you get the quiz and a free result: 10 matched programs and one sample email.
• The family plan adds the full list with coach emails, drafting, Gmail sending, tracking, reminders, the calendar and up to 3 athletes. It costs $179.00 a year, tax included. There is no trial.
• It renews automatically every year until you cancel. We email you 7 days before a renewal. Link, LLC emails a receipt for every charge.
• Only the parent's account pays and manages the plan.
• Cancel in one tap in Account. The plan then ends at the close of the paid year and is not charged again. We email a confirmation.
• Refunds follow the refund policy.
• When the plan ends, profiles, lists, sent emails and the tracker stay, and you can download them. Drafting, sending and reminders stop.

6. No recruiting promise

• Colorsbound is software. It is not a recruiting service, an agent or a college admissions office.
• Coaches decide whether to reply, recruit or offer. We promise no reply, roster spot, scholarship or admission.
• College contact rules come from NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA publications and change over time. Check the current rules before relying on a date.

7. Fair use

Each athlete can send 25 emails a day, one at a time. Program and coach details come from public pages and can be out of date; report a wrong one and we fix it.

8. Changes and availability

We change programs, features and matching between releases. We do not promise that Colorsbound is free of defects or always available.

9. Ending

You can stop using Colorsbound at any time and delete your account. We can suspend or end an account for a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, misuse of Gmail sending, or a security or legal risk, with notice where we reasonably can.

10. Warranty

We provide Colorsbound as is. Matches, drafts and dates depend on public data and the answers you give. Where the law gives you a warranty we cannot exclude, that warranty stands.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, WaveApp LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. We are also not liable for a coach's or college's recruiting decision. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for Colorsbound family plan in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not let us limit.

12. Law and disputes

These terms follow the law of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections and courts of the place where you live still apply. Write to hello@colorsbound.com first. Most problems are settled by email.

13. Changes to these terms

We email account holders before a material change takes effect and update this page. If one clause cannot be enforced, the rest stand.
